摘要
随着国家加大对高校实验室建设的投入,急需建成一支与之相适应的高素质的实验技术管理队伍。全面分析了实验技术人员应该具备的综合素质,探讨研究了有效提升实验技术队伍综合素质的主要途径。
With the increase of our country s investment in laboratory construction in colleges and universities,there must be a high-quality experimental technical team to meet the need of management.The comprehensive qualities possessed by laboratory personnel are analyzed.The main measures to effectively promote the comprehensive qualities for laboratory technician team are proposed.
