模糊综合评价法在高校物资采购绩效评估中的应用

Application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the performance evaluation of material stocking in colleges and universities

基于绩效评估复杂的指标体系,提出了一个高校物资采购绩效评估的模糊综合评价模型,探索了高校物资采购绩效评估工作中存在的相关问题。实例计算表明,该模型能将定性评估和定量评估有机地结合起来,较好地解决了原来高校物资采购绩效评估工作中两者相互脱节的问题,使得高校物资采购绩效评估更完善,更科学,更透明。

Taking into account the complicated index system,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed for performance evaluation on the material stocking,which is applied to explore the problems existing in colleges and universities.The calculations of a concrete example show that the disjoint problem of the qualitative and quantitative evaluations has been well solved in our model and method,which makes the performance evaluation on material stocking much perfect,scientific and transparent.
