探讨颅内动脉瘤血管内栓塞治疗的围手术期护理

目的:探讨应用可脱性弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤患者的术前、术中及术后的观察与护理。方法:对10例脑动脉瘤患者做好介入治疗术前护理、术中的配合护理及术后的病情观察和护理。结果:经过医护人员的精心操作、严密观察和护理,10例患者未发生术后护理并发症,均痊愈出院。结论:采用电解可脱性弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤较传统的神经外科开颅手术,具有创伤小、并发症少、恢复快的特点。认真、细致的观察和护理十分重要。

Objective：To explore the observation and care with application of detachable endovascular coil embolization in the treatment of intracranial aneurysms in patients with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative. Methods：10 cases of intervention in the treatment of cerebral ancurysms in patients with good preoperative care, surgery with postoperative care and observation of the condition and care. Results：After careful operate, close observation and care, 10 cases of post -operative care of patients with no complications, were cared and discharged. Conclusion：The use of guglielmi detachable coil embolization endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms with more traditional neurosurgical craniotomy, with less trauma and fewer complications, fast recovery characteristics. Careful, meticulous observation and care are very important.
