摘要
1GZML-350/5是在现有联合整地机基础之上,于旋耕变速箱前方放置一伞齿变速箱及在旋耕和灭茬刀轴之间增加深松部件而研制出的一种新型耕整地机具。这种机具的优点体现在可以将机车的输出动力合理分为两个部分,以减小变速箱齿轮的冲击力和磨损强度,进而大大提高机具的整体使用寿命。同时,可以实现对垄台、垄沟同时深松,达到抗旱保墒的功效。该机具与大功率拖拉机配套使用,可一次完成灭茬、深松、旋耕、起垄、镇压等多项作业,且地面基本达到待播状态。
1GZML-350/5 is a new type of land preparation machine on the basis of present combined land preparation machine. The advantage of this machine is that its power output can be divided into two parts so as to reduce the impact erosion from the gearbox, hence, the life span of the machine is lengthened. Together with the big-powered tractor, this machine can perform the task of stubble cleaning, deep scarification, rotary tillage, ridge forming and repression.
