Under the circumstance of market economy, China’s agricultural machinery service organizations have seen repaid development with the reform of land management mechanism. They have become the highlight in the development of China’s agricultural mechanization and the mainstream in the industrialized management of China’s agricultural mechanization. This article deals with the role that agricultural machinery service organizations can play in improving the organizational level of farmers, appropriate allocation of agricultural mechanization resources, promoting large scale production, cutting costs and increasing economic benefits so as to achieve the transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.
