Mechanized maize harvesting is a weak part in realizing a thoroughly mechanized maize production in Anshan. In recent years, the increased input in mechanized maize production and the subsidy policy has greatly stimulated farmers’ purchasing large agricultural machines and expanded the growth in mechanized maize production. This article deals with the current growth in mechanized maize harvesting in Anshan City, analyzes the existing problems and presents specific measures to tackle these problems.
