高吸水纤维非织造布成型工艺研究

摘要 介绍了将高吸水纤维与双组分纤维和粘胶纤维按不同比例混合梳理成网,通过热粘合固结制成高吸水非织造布。通过对材料进行性能测试,探讨了高吸水纤维混比以及加工工艺对非织造布性能的影响。 Mixing super water sbsorption, bi-component fiber and viscose fiber according to different ratio and car- ding them to form super water absorption nonwovens by thermal bonding process. Through testing material pro- formance, super water-absorption fiber mixing ratio and influence of production process to nonwovens performance are explored in the paper.
