摘要
滑块式切割机构具有结构简单、工作可靠等优点,在小型联合收割机中应用较广,但是滑块式切割机构在作业时做往复式运动,产生较大的惯性力,引起割台不断的振动,甚至使联合收割机不能正常的工作。解决办法就是在曲柄上增加一定质量的配重减少振动,如何确定配重质量和位置是消除振动的关键。为此,通过对小型联合收割机滑块式切割机构进行动力学分析和研究,用三维直角坐标确定机构中各构件的位置,建立曲柄、滑块、割刀的运动学模型,利用程序计算得到最优位置和最合理的配重质量以减少振动。
The slipper - type Cutter is found an increasingly wide utilization in the combine harvester because of working reliability and simple in structure. Reciprocating motion of the slipper - type cutter is brought about the larger inertial forces. Unceasing vibration can be produced so much so that the combine harvester unusual work. There are decreases in vibration if the balance weight is added in crank. How to define the balance weight and position is the crux of removing vibration. Therefore, after the transmission system "s balance weight is be adopted, the slipper- type cutter's dynamics question of the combine harvester is analyzed in this article. The position of construction member is be defined by three - dimensional coordinate. The kinematics model of crank, slipper - type and cutting - off tool is being built. The best and reasonable balance weight can be obtained by use of computing programmed.
