摘要
介绍了一种棉花打顶机的整机结构、工作原理和仿形机构,利用Unigraphics软件对棉花打顶机的整机进行运动仿真分析。同时,详细阐述了整机运动仿真的方法和运动分析方案及连杆和运动副运动驱动的设置;介绍了工作部件距地面高度的调整方法,建立了机具前进速度、工作部件旋转速度与棉株间距之间的关系,为机具的设计提供必要的理论依据。
This paper first introduces that the whole structure and working principle and profiling mechanism of one kind of cotton top - cutting machine, carries on the simulation analysis of cotton top - cutting whole machine to its movement with unigraphics software. Subsequently describes in detail the method of motion simulation of complete machine and the setting of motion analysis~ scheme and the setting of link and the setting of motion drivers of joints. Also discusses the ad- justment methods of the working part aparting from the ground level, analyzes the relationship between the advancing velocity of equipment and the rotation speed of working parts, as well as the cotton plant~ distance. Above these present a necessary theoretical basis for that design of equipment. After field tests, the equipment has a rational design and can meet the cotton top -cutting requirement.
