摘要
阐述了齿形链式切割器的组成以及工作原理,并利用ANSYS软件对其核心零件—动刀片建立了有限元模型,进行静力学分析,计算出所选关键点的应力大小及刀片的应力分布规律,找出其受力最集中的位置,为后续切割试验研究提供了理论依据。
The paper expanded the composition and the working principle of the toothed chain - cutter, established the fi- nite mechanical model and carried out analysis of the static to the blades which is the core components of the toothed chain - cutter based on ANSYS, calculated the rule of stress of field, found out the key position of the blades and provid- ed the theoretical basis for the follow -up research.
