摘要
针对当前农业生产中的播种机多使用不同的齿轮或排种器进行有级调速,调整播量、株距比较困难和地轮打滑严重影响播种质量等情况,以W77E58单片机为核心,利用二相混合式步进电动机细分驱动技术,设计开发了微型计算机控制的自动化精密播种系统。该系统在播种时电动机分辨率高,运转平稳性好,能够显著改善系统的运行性能。系统能根据作业速度和作物粒距要求调整排种器的转速,减轻了传统播种机械因打滑和地面不平等因素对播种质量的影响,从而达到精密播种的目的。
Currently in wide use are sowing machine which use different gear and seed -sowing device to do step speed control. BUt this causes troubles in adjusting seeding amount and seeding distance, meanwhile, the quality of seeding is seriously influenced by the slip of landingwheel. In view of that, we suggest to research and develop an automatic preci- sion seeding system with W77E58 SCM as core. This system is based on two - phase hybrid stepping motor drive technol- ogy breakdown. This system can decrease the influence of sowing machine slip or uneven ground and meet the requirement of precision seeding by adjusting the speed of the seed - sowing device according to the speed of the seeder and the de- mand of sow quantity.
