摘要
在进行干壳莲子机械化加工前,依据干壳莲子的物理特性,需对莲子先行进行分级。为此,根据干壳莲子剥壳对分级的要求,设计了莲子螺杆分级的方案,考虑了分级螺杆及辊的结构,并且通过分级试验对莲子螺杆分级进行了考察。试验证明,该莲子螺杆分级机能够满足实际应用的需要。
Dry louts seed grading is used as the primary working procedure at rind lotus, and according to the physical characteristics of dry lotus, a classification of screw is adopted to classify the dry lotus. The paper analyses and designs a classification of screw of dry lotus, including the grading of dry lotus, the design option of the classification of screw, the configuration of classification of screw and the manufacturing of classification of screw, the test of classification of screw, etc. At last, the design is proven to be reliable and effective by experiment.
