为了更合理地进行3 600 t化学品船主推进系统设备的安装,对轴系采用负荷法校中,使轴系各轴承负荷分配更趋合理。编制安装工艺,指导和控制各设备的安装步序以及安装质量要求,使船厂缩短了安装周期,并且通过了船东、船检的认可和验收。
In order to install the main propulsion system of the 3600 t chemical tanker rationally, the jack-up method was used to make the load of each bearing more reasonablc. The installation technology was made to guide and control the installation process and quality. The technology proposed reduced the installation time for the shipyard and had been approved by ship owner and classification society.
