摘要 针对目前我国农村花椒烘房内温度的自动检测与控制问题,克服传统人工控制、PID控制方式的不足,提出了一种基于ARM技术的花椒烘房温度控制系统。该系统采用先进的模糊控制技术和ARM技术,在干燥过程中,使烘房内的温度按照系统内预存的最优控制曲线变化,整个控制过程由系统自动完成,无需人为干涉。实验结果表明:该系统具有很好的鲁棒性和抗干扰能力,节约能源,安全性高,控制精度和花椒烘干品质好,具有广泛的应用前景。 According to the automatic measurement and control problems of zanthoxylum drying room temperature of Chi- nese rural areas, in order to overcome the lack of traditional manual control and PID control, the automatic control system of zanthoxylum drying room temperature based on ARM is designed. This system uses the advanced fuzzy control technol- ogy and the ARM technology, it makes drying room temperature change along the presupposed optimum control curve in real - time, the whole control process completes automatically by the system, does not need the manual intervention. The experimental result shows that the system has good robustness, good anti -interference ability, low energy saving, high safety. It improves the drying quality of zantboxylum and the control precision of temperature, has extensive application prospect.
