摘要 为了减少柴油机SCR系统标定的试验量,基于NOx转化效率与氨氮摩尔比之间的关系以及法规中NOx比排放的计算规范,探讨预测发动机ETC测试时NOx比排放的方法,试验结果表明该方法比较准确,可以不通过台架试验获得SCR系统标定的效果。 In order to reduce bench tests of the calibration of SCR system for diesel engines, a method to predict NOx emission from diesel engines was discussed using the SCR technology, which is based on the relationship between NO, conversion and molar ratio of ammonia to nitrogen oxides as well as calculation method of brake NOx emission prescribed by exhaust legislation. The results showed that the method can predict accurately and the result of the calibration of SCR system for diesel engines can be obtained without bench test.
