摘要 防堵塞扬谷器是在传统扬谷轮辐板的背面安装送风叶片,端盖上加大了进气孔的新型物料输送装置。试验结果表明,防堵塞扬谷器与传统的扬谷器相比,扬谷管道中气流速度和轻杂物的速度明显提高,对缩小轻杂物与籽粒间的速度差有利,且当其送风叶片为6片、前倾角为15°时效果最好。防堵塞扬谷器应用于籽粒中含有大量轻杂物的输送,可以有效解决堵塞问题,也有利于适当降低扬谷轮的转速,减少籽粒损伤,降低功率消耗,减轻机器振动。 The unblocking winnower is a new material transportation tional winnower spoke and enlarging the inhaling holes compared to the traditional winnower, the increase of th on the end e speeds of set by fixing blowing vanes on the back of the tradi- cover. The result of experiments makes clear that, airflow and light useless objects in the new winnower pipe is obvious, which is useful to decrease the speed difference between the light material and grain, and the effect is best while the winnower is fixed with six blowing vanes which incline 15 forward. The unblocking winnower is used for transporting grain with lots of light useless objects, it is effective to solve the blocking problem, and useful to decrease the speed of the winnower wheel, the injury of the grain, the consumption of the power, as well as the vibration of the ma- chine.
