摘要 对舰艇上广泛使用的6JX系列橡胶隔振器与聚氨酯隔振器的静态及动态特性试验结果进行分析比较,结果表明:聚氨酯隔振器比橡胶隔振器承载能力大,承载范围宽且减振效果好。对不同配方及硬度的聚氨酯隔振器的性能进行研究表明:TDI类聚氨酯隔振器的综合性能较好。 Through tbe analysis and comparison of the results of static and dynamic experiments of a series of polyurethane isolators and 6JX rubber isolators widely used in the vibration isolation of warships, the advantages of polyurethane isolator both in vibration isolation and in the carrying capacity and range were fully presented. The properties of polyurethane isolator of different compositions and hardness were studied, and the results showed that the complex properties of the polyurethane isolators made by TDI were much better.
