摘要
简要地论述了生物质气及生物质气的基本特性-热值低、着火点高且着火浓度下限远远高于煤气等气体的着火浓度下限等;并根据生物质气的燃烧方式及其与大气的接触形式将燃烧器分为3大类:扩散式燃烧器、完全预混式燃烧器和部分预混式燃烧器,集合生物质气的特性选择扩散式燃烧器作为研究工具。由于分析出影响生物质气燃烧温度的因素,对今后能够充分利用生物质气有极大的帮助;最后通过模拟分析得出不同的燃气组分、过剩空气系数以及燃烧器结构均会对燃烧室轴向温度产生影响。
Firstly, it briefly discusses the characteristics of biomass gas - thermal value is low, kindling point is high and fire viscosity is higher than other gas's as coal gas. Then burner will be divided into three categories: the proliferation - burner, full - premixed combustion and premixed part of the burner under the ways burning and forms of contact with the air. Finally , it gets the conclution that different different gas components, excess air ratio and the structure of the burner may have an impact to axial temperature of burner room.
