摘要
建立数字式电子调速器调节过程的数学模型,在已知柴油机相关参数及负荷特性时,通过选定系统的比例增益系数、积分时间常数及微分时间常数值,模拟预测在特定的调节过程中柴油机转速和油门的变化规律及其调节品质,可作为实验台试验时电子调速器参数整定的参考依据。
The mathematic model of digital governor system's regulation process was established. When relevant parameters and load performance of diesel engine are known, the variation trend and control performances of speed and fuel pump index of diesel can be predicted for a given regulation process by setting the values of proportional gain, integration time and differential time manually. The calculation results can be used as reference to parameters setting of the digital governor system during shoptests.
