摘要
通过对新疆鄯善梧桐沟菱铁矿的矿石性质分析,确定了试验研究工作的重点和方向。详细介绍了实验室中性焙烧的最佳焙烧温度为650℃,最佳焙烧时间为80m in,焙烧试验产品磁选管选别精矿品位65.20%、铁回收率91.31%,在此基础上完成的半工业试验,获得精矿铁品位60.37%、产率80.28%、回收率88.47%的较好指标。
Siderite resource in Wutonggou, Shanshan of Xinjiang was high quality siderite resource ( It was rarely seen in China) thanks to its coarse particle size, high content of siderite and low content of Mg and Mn. Neutral roasting was conducted in a laboratory. A magnetic tube concentrate with an iron grade of 65.20% and an iron recovery of 91.31% was achieved under the conditions that optimum roasting temperature was 650℃ and roasting time was 80min. Through roasting most of siderite converted into magnetite. A simple flow sheet of grinding - low intensity magnetic separation of roughing scavenging could gain a concentrate with iron grade of 60. 37% , a yield of 80.28% and an iron recovery of 88.47%.
