摘要
简要介绍了普通除铁器的分类、原理、在输煤皮带机清除杂铁方面的应用及存在的问题,同时根据收货人对出口煤炭中雷管及残屑、炮线等杂质的反映,阐明使用超导除铁器除杂的必要性。结合工程实例,简要介绍了低温超导除铁器的原理,详细阐述了低温超导除铁器的工艺设计要点,并对低温超导除铁器和普通除铁器的清除杂铁效果进行了对比。
The classification, principle, application in tramp iron removing in coal conveying belt of a conventional iron remover, and problems in the conventional iron remover were briefly presented. Thenecessity to adopt a superconductive iron remover to remove the tramp iron was expounded in the light of strong reaction of consignees about impurity such as detonator, residue and blasting cable in export coal. Combing engineering examples, the principle of a low temperature superconductive iron remover was introduced briefly. The key points of process design for the remover were expounded. Iron removing effects of the low temperature superconductive iron remover and the conventional iron remover were compared.
