摘要
目的探讨肠造口围手术期患者进行阶段式目标健康教育的方法及效果,帮助和提高患者掌握肠造口相关知识。方法将80例肠造口围手术期患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各40例。分别实施阶段式目标健康教育和常规健康教育,并进行对比分析。结果两组负性心理控制,肠造口健康知识掌握情况,患者及家属对护理服务满意度,自护能力比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论阶段式目标健康教育提高患者及家属参与治疗的积极性,提高患者的自护能力,有利于肠造口患者术后的康复。
Objective To discuss the methods and results of the stage goal of health education to enterostomy patients in the perioperative period. Assist and improve the patients to master the knowledge about enterostomy. Methods 80 cases of enterostomy patients in the perioperative period were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Applied stage goal health education in one group, while conventional non-systematic health education in another group. Also, compare and analyse the results. Results There is significant differences in negative psychological control, enterostomy knowledge, patients" satisfacton of patients and their family to nursing care and self-care ability(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Stage goal of health education improves patients" self-care ability and their active participation Also, it is benefit for patients' recovery in the enterostomy.
