广东某高校2004～2008级大学新生健康体检结果分析

Health Examination Analysis of New Students from 2004 to 2008 in a Guangdong College

目的了解高校学生身体健康状况,发现存在的问题,分析产生的原因,提出合理方案,从而达到有效促进大学生的健康成长。方法参照卫生部统一制定的学生健康体检表要求,选取广东某高校2004～2008年度参与体检的新入校大学生共22471人的体检结果进行分析,主要分析项目包括心脏疾病隐患、乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、转氨酶(Alt)、血压和视力、以及外部生理特征(体重和身高等)。结果本组1.3%的学生存在心脏隐患,且有着逐年升高的态势;分别有11.1%和1.7%的学生存在HBsAg和Alt异常,但其比例是逐年下降的;61.6%的学生视力不正常以及0.5%的学生血压偏高。18.6%的学生存在着营养不良或肥胖等问题。结论大学生日常健康行为存在较多的疾病隐患,需要引起学校以及全社会的重视,加强健康教育。

Objective To find out the health condition and the basic problem of college students, analyze the cause and raise some reasonable schemes for strengthening their health. Methods According to the ＂Sheet of Student health＂ worked out by Ministry of Health, we have collected the health examination results of 22471 new students from 2004 to 2008 of Guangdong University of Business Studies for analysis. The analysis items include potential heart disorders, HBsAg, /kit, blood pressure, sight, weight and height. Results About 1.3% of the students have the potential heart disorders and the trend goes up. There are about 11.1% and 1.7%of the students with abnormal HBsAg and Alt, respectively, but the ratios are dropping year by year. There are 61.6 of the students with abnormal sight and 0.5 % of them with high blood pressure. On the physical eharaeteristic of the students, about 18. 6% of them have malnutrition. Conclusion There aremany potential disorders in the health behavior of the college students and it is very important for the college and the whole society to promote the health education.
