摘要 在对近年来国内外地铁发生的突发事件因素分析的基础上,以南京地铁运营分公司为例,提出对地铁运营企业构建突发事件应急预案体系的一种设计方案,包括应急预案体系的分类、分级,以及应急演练管理和应急救援队伍建设等内容。 Emergency preparedness system is essential and important for subway operation sectors. A design option of emergency preparedness system is proposed in this paper by analyzing the subway incidents that occurred in recent years on Nanjing subway. The option includes classification and grading of the emergency preparedness system, management of emergency drills, organizing emergency rescue teams and so on.
