摘要
论述软流塑淤泥质地层具有高压缩性、高灵敏度、含水量高、强度低等特点,易产生蠕动现象,开挖后自稳能力差;如果不进行预先加固处理,施工时隧道掌子面极易坍塌。在南京地铁1号线南延线花南区间隧道设计中,根据不同情况分别采用洞内超前加固与地面加固设计方案。结果表明,施工时掌子面稳定性好,工程进展顺利。
Soft fluidity plastic silty ground features high compressibility, high sensibility and low strength, which is liable to creep and lack of self-supporting ability after excavation. Collapse at tunnel face may occur during construction in this kind of ground without advance consolidation. In the design of the running tunnel on south extension of Nanjing metro Line 1 in soft fluidity plastic ground, advance consolidation option was adopted respectively inside the tunnel including advance arch-crown strengthening and tunnel face splitting grouting, and on the ground surface according to the ground conditions. As a result, the tunnel face was stable during construction and the project progressed smoothly.
