摘要
非语言交际是人际交往的重要组成部分。然而,在当今中国的英语教学中,教师往往只注重语言交际而忽视非语言交际的作用。文章着重从中美英语非语言交际教学的背景条件、课程规定、教材内容及评估方式四方面进行比较分析,旨在拓宽中国英语教学改革的思路,寻求借鉴美国非语言交际教学经验,并对中国非语言交际教学的改进提出若干建议。
Non- verbal communication is an important means of communication. However, in English teaching in China, teachers usually pay more attention to language communication than to non - verbal communication. This article devotes to a comparison of non - verbal communications in English teaching between China and the United States with respect to the background, content standards, textbook design and the appraisal system. It aims to explore the causes of the differences and give some reflections and suggestions for the English teaching reform under way in China.
