摘要 基于体验思想理论,教学科研在外语教师体验学习连续体中呈整合关系,同时,外语教师叉在教学科研体验中实现自我的整体发展,而外语教师专业发展就是一个外语教师职业社会化并最终实现全人发展整合性的过程,所以,教学科研既是外语教师学习与发展的实质内容。又是其必由途径。 Based on the experiential theory, teaching and research are in an integrative relationship in the experiential learning continuum for foreign language teachers, during and by which foreign language teachers are on the way to achieve the whole - person development. In fact, foreign language teachers professional development is a combined process of their professional socilization and the whole - person development as the ultimate goal, and teaching and research are both the substantial content and the necessary methodology of foreign language teachers learning and development.
