摘要
“参与意识”的缺失已成为当下中学德育领域不容忽视的重要问题,“参与意识”的建构对中学生人格的健全成长具有全局性意义。教育工作者应以主题班会教育、社会实践教育、随机事件教育等方式、手段介入建构过程,强调学校教育与家庭教育、社会教育的三点联动,使学生个人在团队中能与他人“合作发展”。
Lack of "awareness of participation" has become one crucial problem that moral education in high school can't afford to ignore. The construction of "awareness of participation" has comprehensive implications for the healthy growth of the students. By means of theme class meeting education, social practice education and random event education, educators should engage themselves in the construction process, lay great stress on the co - ordination of school education, family education and social education, and enable the development of the individual student by co - operation with others in a team.
