摘要
本文论述了一种轧辊偏心的自动控制方法,控制思想是预先模型识别加在线参数自动修正,数字信号处理手段是改进的快速付里叶变换。经在高精度四辊可逆冷轧机上实验表明,这种控制方法可使偏心影响减少50%以上。
In this paper, an eccentricity control method is presented. The control idea is anticipatory model identification combining with the automatic modification of parameters. The signal detecting means is MFFT. The experiment has been carried out in a high accuracy four-roll cold mill. The result shows this control method can reduce the influence of the back-up roll's eccentricity by more than 50 percent.
