78例老年髋关节置换术的康复护理体会

Rehabilitation Nursing Experience of Elder Patients with Hip Joint Replacement

目的:总结老年髋关节置换术的护理经验,提高护理水平。方法:对78例老年髋关节置换术患者康复护理方法进行总结。结果:78例患者康复锻炼期间无一例发生并发症,患髋关节功能恢复。结论:重视术前康复教育,指导患者术后早期功能锻炼,积极预防并发症,有利于老年髋关节置换术患者的康复,提高老年患者的生活质量。

Objective： To summary the nursing experience of elder patients with hip joint replacement, and improve the nursing level. Method： Summary the nursing methods of 78 elder patients with hip joint replacement who were performed rehabilitation nursing care. Result： All of patients have no syndrome during the recovery exercise period, the function of the sick hip joint were recovered. Conclusion： Emphasis the rehabilitation direction before operation, undergoing recovery exercise early after operation, prevent syndrome are beneficial to the rehabilitation of elder patients with hip joint replacement, restore the function and improve the life quality in the elder patients.
