摘要 2型糖尿病发病的主要环节为胰岛素分泌不足和胰岛素抵抗,其发生机制尚未完全明了,但氧化应激参与2型糖尿病的发病已为大家所公认。目前糖尿病及其并发症的治疗主要是对症治疗,寻求合理有效的病因治疗是国内外研究的热点,亦是将来治疗糖尿病的必然趋势。α-硫辛酸被誉为"万能抗氧化剂",近年来,其在抗氧化、调节代谢、治疗糖尿病及其并发症和预防治疗其它多种疾病的作用方面受到研究学者的广泛关注。 The pathogenetic element of type 2 diabetes is mostly due to hypoinsulinism and insulin resistance. Although its pathogenesy is not completely clear, oxidative stress is intimately related to type 2 diabetes. At present, the treatment of diabetes and its complication is mainly symptomatic treatment. To seek reasonable and effective etiological treatment is the investigative spot in home and abroad, which is also the inexorable trend to treat diabetes in the future. Alpha-lipoic acid is called the universal antioxidant. In recent years, its effects such as antioxidation, metabolism regulation, treating for diabetes and its complication, have caused attention.
