胃内酸袋及其与胃食管反流病相关性的研究进展

摘要
胃内酸袋是位于胃食管连接部的一个特殊区域,其发生机制至今仍不清楚,可能与餐后胃内食物缓冲不均匀、食管裂孔疝、进食种类及餐后酸反流等因素有关,并可能与胃食管反流病(GERD)有重要相关性。
