胃肠道间质瘤的治疗进展
摘要
胃肠道间质瘤是源于胃肠道的间叶源性肿瘤,绝大多数存在c-kit或血小板源性生长因子受体基因突变。近十年来,间质瘤治疗取得了令人瞩目的进展。此文就外科手术、消化内镜、腹腔镜及其联合治疗、分子靶向治疗等进行综述。
