摘要
针对传统铬酸盐化学转化处理溶液中通常含有毒性且致癌的六价铬,为保护环境及实现人类的可持续发展,近来国内外科技人员研究很多新型镁合金无铬的转化膜技术,希望取代镁合金的铬酸盐处理。据此,综述了国内外镁合金几种无铬转化处理技术的进展及现状,指出了目前镁合金无铬化学转化处理技术中存在的一些问题,展望了该技术的发展前景。
The traditional chromate chemical conversion solution is usually to deal with toxic and carcinogenic hexavalent chromium,, in order to protect the environment and achieve human sustainable development, the scientific and technical personnel at home and abroad make recently a lot of study for new magnesium alloys chromium - free chemical conversion coating technology to replace chromate treatment of magnesium alloy. In view of the above, this paper describes the progress and the status quo of several chromium - free chemical conversion processing technology for magnesium alloys at home and abroad, and points out the existing problems at present and the developmental prospects to this technology.
