武警官兵个性特征与症状自评测试调查及其分析

Investigation and Analysis on Characteristics of Officiers and Soldiers in CAPF and Their Symptoms Self-evaluation

目的综合分析武警官兵个性特征及心理健康状况,为增进官兵身心健康提供科学依据。方法随机抽取武警某部1343名官兵为点查对象,采用卡特尔16项个性因素问卷和症状自评量表SCL-90作为测评工具进行调查分析。结果人格特质中,乐群性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、敢为性、自律性高于全国常模,敏感性、怀疑性、忧虑性、实验性、独立性、紧张性则明显低于全国常模。心理健康水平高于全国常模,也高于全国军人常模;SCL-90各因子均分与16PF次级人格因素心理健康及内外向均呈显著负相关,与16PF次级人格因素心理适应呈正相关。结论武警官兵的个性特点与其任务相适应,有其特殊性。官兵个性特点影响着官兵的心理健康水平。

Objective To provide scientific basis to foster healthy body and mind among of officers and soldiers in CAPF through comprehensive analysis of characteristics and mental health among them. Methods A total of 1343 officers and soldiers were surveged with 16 personality factor （16PF） questionnaire and Symptom Cheeklist--90（SCL--90）. Results The scores of charmness excitement were higher than that of national norm, the scores of suspicion and anxiety were obviously lower than that of national norm. All factors of SCL--90 were negatively corralated with sub-factors of 16PF, and positively with the factors of 16PF. Conclusion The characteristics of CAPF＇s soldiers correspond with their missions and have their particularity and they have some effects on the mental status of the offieiers and soldiers.
