摘要
目的考察在校大学生体像与自尊的关系。方法采用自编的《大学生体像烦恼问卷》和Rosenberg编制的自尊量表对随机抽取的287名在校大学生进行测查。结果大学生自尊与体像存在正相关,体像得分存在性别和年级差异,女生体像得分显著低于男生,大三学生体像得分显著低于大一学生;有体像烦恼的大学生自尊存在年级差异,其中大二学生自尊得分显著低于大三学生。结论体像与自尊存在显著相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between body images and self-regard in undergraduates. Methods Based on a self-designed questionnaire of body image of college students and Rosenberg＇s self-regard scale, 287 students from a normal univer- sity were randomly sampled. Results The score of the body image of schoolboys wre significantly higher than those of school- girls. The scores of freshmen were higher than those of the junior too. The scores of self-regard of sophomores who had body image depression were significantly lower than those of the junior. Conclusion The results show that the students＇ body images have an obvious positive correlation with their self-regard.
