大学生职业决策困难的特点分析

Analysis on the Difficulty Situation of Career Decision-making ofCollege Students

目的了解大学生职业决策困难的特点,为有针对性地对大学生进行就业指导提供依据。方法采用中文版职业生涯决策困难问卷(CDDQ)对石家庄市5所本科院校的652名大三、大四的学生进行问卷调查。结果不同性别大学生在决策犹豫因子上存在显著差异(P<0.05),男大学生在做决策时犹豫不决的现象要少于女生;大三学生在缺乏准备分量表、犹豫不决因子、缺乏信息分量表、缺乏职业决策过程知识因子、缺乏有关自我的信息因子、缺乏有关职业的信息因子和缺乏获得信息途径因子上的得分明显高于大四学生;文科专业学生在做职业生涯决策时,其内部冲突大于理科学生。结论男大学生在做决策时更果断;大三学生在决策困难方面明显高于大四学生;文科生内部冲突高于理科学生。

Objective To explore the difficulty situation of career decision-makingof college students , and provide the basis of career guidance. Methods A total of 652 juniors and seniors from 5 colleges in Shi Jiazhuang were assessed with CDDQ with Chi- nese version. Results The phenomena of the hesitating decision-making in the schoolboys were significantly less than those in the schoolgirls ;The juniors took the higher difficulty level of career decision-making than the seniors;The internal conflicts of the arts students were more than the science students in career decision-making. Conclusion In career decision-making , the schoolboys is better than the schoolgirls, the juniors are worse than the seniors, the internal conflicts Of the arts students are more than the science students.
