摘要
目的探讨人格在大一新生心理应激和适应之间的中介作用。方法运用大学生心理应激量表、中国大学生适应量表和中国大学生人格量表,对548名大一新生进行调查,数据通过中介检验程序进行分析。结果高活跃、低爽直、高坚韧和高随和的人格特质降低了心理应激对大一新生的适应影响。结论大一新生人格在心理应激与适应中间起中介作用。可以通过塑造个体的健全的人格,减少心理应激的影响,提高新生的学校生活适应水平。
Objective To explore the mediating effects of personality on the relationship between psychological stress and adjust- ment. Methods A total of 548 collage freshmen were selected and china college student psychologieal stress scale (CCSPSS), Chi- na college student adjustment scale (CCSAS) and chinese college student personality scale (CCSPS) were adopted to evaluate the collage freshmen's psyehological stress, adjustment and personality. Results The personality of high-aetivity, low frankness, high-tenacity and high-amiability reduced the impact of psychological stress on adjustment. Conclusion By constructing sound personality, we can reduee the impact of psychological stress and improve adjustment level.
