不同性别大学生心理健康状况分析

Analysis on the Gender Difference of College Students' Mental Health

目的探讨不同性别的大学生在心理健康状况方面的差异,为有针对性地进行心理健康教育和咨询提供参考依据。方法采用SCL-90对1665名大学生进行测查。结果1大学生心理问题倾向的检出率为30.3%;2不同性别的学生只在强迫性和人际关系敏感2方面存在显著差异;3出现心理问题倾向的男大学生在躯体化、敌对、偏执和精神病性方面明显高于女生。结论大学生存在心理问题的可能性为30.3%;在出现心理问题倾向的学生中,男生在躯体化、敌对、偏执和精神病性方面出现问题的可能性更大。

Objective To explore the gender difference of college students＇ mental health, and provide scientific guidance for the mental health education. Methods A total of 1665 college students were investigated with SCL--90. Results 30. 3% of 1665 college students propably had psychological problem. There were significant gender differences in somatization, hostility, paranoid ideation and psyehotieism. Conclusion 30. 3% of 1665 college students likely have psychological problem. Somatization, hostili- ty, paranoid ideation and psychotieism are likely found in the male college students.
