MTT法检测蒲黄提取物对脐静脉内皮细胞增殖的影响

Impact of Pollen Typhae Extract on Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cell Proliferation by MTT Assay

目的观察蒲黄提取物对体外培养的人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖的影响。方法体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEC),采用MTT法测定不同浓度蒲黄提取物对HUVEC的影响。结果各浓度蒲黄提取物(100 mg/L、75 mg/L、50 mg/L、25 mg/L、10 mg/L)均具有显著的促进血管内皮细胞增殖的作用,各浓度之间无明显差异。结论蒲黄提取物可通过促进脐静脉内皮细胞增殖起到抗动脉粥样硬化的作用。

Objective To explore the impacts of pollen typhae extract on the proliferation of in vitro cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells （ HUVEC ）. Methods HUVEC was cultured in vitro. MTT assay was applied to detect the impacts of pollen typhae extract at different concentrations on HUVEC. Resuits Pollen typhae extract at different concentrations（100 mg/L,75 mg/L,50 mg/L,25 mg/L,10 mg/L） all promoted significantly the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, without apparent difference among different concentrations. Conclusion Pollen typhae extract acts on anti - atherosclerosis through promoting the proliferation of HUVEC.
