摘要
目的建立卡莫司汀注射液中有关物质的HPLC测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(40∶60),检测波长为205nm,流速为1.0 ml/min。结果在选定的色谱条件下,10 min内卡莫司汀注射液有关物质与卡莫司汀能较好的分离。结论方法准确,专属性强,适用于卡莫司汀及其制剂的有关物质测定。
Objective To determine the related substances in carmustine injection by HPLC. Methods The RP-HPLC was performed on Shim-pack CLC-ODS C18 column(5 μm,4. 6 mm× 150 mm) ,with mobile phase of acetonitrile-H2 O (40: 60)at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and detection wavelength of 205nm. Results Under the online of selection, the related substances in pyritinol hydrochloride for injection was separated from pyritinol bydrochloride. Conclusion The method is simple, the speciality is excellent in the determination of the related substance.
