摘要 以生物技术途径生产的马铃薯试管薯不带病原,纯度高,种薯质量好,能工厂化作业,周年生产,就近供应。既可以节约相当于播种面积10%以上的种薯繁殖田和相当于总产量约20%的种薯,还可改变传统的马铃薯种植方式,从根本上解决种薯退化问题,最大限度地发挥新品种增产潜力。 Potato microtubers, produced throug the biotechnological way, are of no pathogens, high varietal purity, good seed quality,industrialized and year-round production, and local supply. Their use will save as much as 10% of the land used for growing seed potatoes and about 20% of the production needed for seed tubers. Furthernore. use of microtubers will bring about a great improvement of traditional culturing methods to get rid of seed degeneration absolutely and to reach the potential yield of a good variety, in turn, hence to increase the production impact.
