摘要
逆变器保护电路在整机的可靠性中起到至关重要的作用,本文提出三段式的保护模式:1.快速保护,短路电流在不经过功率管直接关闭逆变器输出保护,且比较电流设定值采用正弦化;2.短延时保护;3.长延时过流保护;。这种保护模式有效地区分了冲击负载和真正短路的情况,在保护可靠性的情况下同时避免了误保护。
The inverter protection plays a crucial role in the whole circuit reliability.We have three-step model here.1,fast protection,shortcircuit current close inverter output directly without flowing throw power tube,and use sinusoidal while comparing the current settings;2,a short delay protection;3,long-delay over-current protection.This mode of protection has efficiently separated the short-circuit load and the real situation.It avoided the misuse protection while protecting the reliability of the circuit.
