This paper discusses the theoretical basis,system functions and designing process of the university P.E.interactive multi—media network teaching platform.the platform has been proved that it is helpful to the students to master the knowledge and skills and improve the learning effect and efficiency,This paper also proposes to promote the construction of quality sport network.
