摘要
我国的教育观念深受古代传统教育"师道尊严"的影响,致使一些教师在学生面前摆出一副极为严肃的表情,事实表明,学生不喜欢不会微笑的老师。随着素质教育的深入开展以及新课程改革的广泛推广,传统的教育方式和教育观念面临着巨大的挑战,学生期盼着微笑老师,学校呼唤着微笑教育,社会企望着微笑和谐。本文旨在对微笑教育理论进行理论探讨以期体现其现实意义。
Our concept of education was deeply affected by traditional education. Some teachers show their strict expression to the students. The fact tells us that students don＇ t like the teachers who don＇ t smile. Now, the traditional education faces gigantic change. Society, schools and students need Smiling Education. This article wants to analyze the Theory of Smiling Education to show its real affect.
