摘要
农药的使用虽然能够带来作物的增产，但所获得的经济效益不足以抵消由此造成的危害损失。在农药、环境与发展的问题上，采取因地制宜和综合治理的方法是行之有效的。
Though it can bring add-yield crops to make pesticide,but the benefit can't offset to the loses for the environment and public health.On the problems of controlling harmful living things,it is a good way to make with olcal conditions and comprehensive measures for it.
