羚羊角制剂配合亚低温疗法对高血压脑出血患者血清炎症因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察羚羊角制剂联合亚低温疗法对急性期高血压脑出血患者血清炎症因子(CRP)的影响。方法:对照组30例用常规治疗及亚低温疗法,治疗组30例在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加用羚羊角制剂治疗,两组均于入院时、治疗72h、治疗1周、治疗2周进行CRP指标的评估。结果:两组CRP对比,于治疗1周时有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:羚羊角制剂联合亚低温疗法治疗高血压脑出血可降低脑出血后炎症反应标志物CRP,发挥脑保护作用。 Objective:To observe the impact of CRP about saiga horn preparation with the mild cerebral hypothermia in acute stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods :60 cases of in - patients from the internal medicine department or ICU, were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 30 cases, used by conventional therapy and the mild cerebral hypothermia, the treatment group of 30 cases, used by saiga horn preparation based on the control group. The two groups both to assess CRP in the 1st hour, 72 hours, the 1st week, and the 2nd weeks. Results:There were significantly different on CRP in the 1 st week ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The treatment of saiga horn preparation with the mild cerebral hypothermia in acute stage of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, it could reduce CRP to protect brain.
