摘要
分析了上充泵零流量管线安全阀波纹管多次破裂的原因。论述了系统中两个安全阀出口并联且相距较近是引起安全阀颤震并导致波纹管破裂的主要原因。提出了从设计上采取控制振动源——及时发现下泄流量过滤器压差超标和处理过滤器堵塞的有效处理措施。解决了安全阀波纹管的破裂问题。
Aiming at the break of the bellow of relief valve on the miniflow line of the chaging pump happened time after time in DaYaBay nuclear power station, the analysis shows that the design limitation resulted in the break. That is, the outlet lines of the two relief valves are installed in parallel connection and too close. To avoid the break happening again from the design,it adopts method for controling the vibration source-to detect in time the differential pressure of the letdown filters going beyond the limits and efficiently deal with the blocked fdters. That solves the poblem of the break of the bellow of relief valve on the miniflow line of the chaging pump from root.
