摘要
以阿苏卫填埋场调节池封闭除臭工程为例,阐述了调节池封闭除臭系统的设计原理和实际运行效果。结果表明:采用防腐金属拱形封闭系统可以有效解决调节池臭气无序排放问题,调节池CH4浓度低于1%,H2S去除率80%以上,臭气去除率70%,满足GB14554—1993的排放要求,系统安全有效;能耗成本0.32元/t,经济合理可行。
Taking closed deodorization project of regulating tank in Asuwei Landfill Site as an example, design theory and actual operating effect of closed deodorization system of regulating tank were expounded. The results indicated that arched closed-system made of anticorrosive metals can effectively solve the problem of odor disorder emission from regulating tank, content of CH4 was below 1%, removal rate of H2S was more than 80%, removal rate of odor was 70%, those could meet the emission requirement of GB 14554-1993, the system is safe and effective. Cost of energy consumption was 0.32 yuan per ton, the system is financially feasible.
