摘要
以某大型企业集团所属公司为样本,将收入流动性分析手段引入企业微观层面,对样本企业1999-2005年期间六个阶段匹配样本的总体薪酬流动性进行实证分析,在此基础上将样本个体在进入企业组织前后所具备的特征划分为个体属性和组织属性,并分别在各属性特征分组下研究薪酬流动情况,考察企业组织内部薪酬流动的一般规律,为优化企业组织薪酬制度提供借鉴。
By adapting income mobility to micro - level of enterprise, the paper carries out an empirical analysis of the overall remuneration mobility of match samples of the six stages ( 1999 - 2005 ) of sample enterprises. Based on this, the paper divides characteritics that samples possess before and after entering the enterprise organization into individual attributes and organizational attributes, studies situation of remuneration mobility under grouping of every attribute, and reviews the general rules of remuneration mobility of internal organization to offer reference for optimizing pay system of enterprise organization.
